Who Am I?

Hey...I'm Garth Spencer

A dad, husband, and owner of a border collie!

I've been involved in Triathlon for just over 12 years and have loved every second of it!

Team sports are good, however, in a solo sport like this, you have full control of the overall outcome. That suits me to a tee!

Living in the beautiful Ribble Valley in Lancashire allows me to cycle in some picturesque areas. It's also got me into fell running as it is on my doorstep!

My Credentials

  • British Triathlon Coach - 2017

  • Masters in Sport Science - 2008

  • Strength & Conditioning Coach - 2010

  • Advanced Personal trainer - 2007

  • Sports Therapy in Physical Rehabilitation -2019

Having competed in every distance of triathlon, except for the ultra, I have gained valuable experience in understanding the requirements for race day preparation. Additionally, I have had the privilege of representing GB Age Group on a few occasions, which has brought me immense joy and further enriched my understanding of the sport.

The primary motivation behind establishing this online training platform is my belief that athletes from all backgrounds are not receiving the level of attention and support they truly deserve to reach their full potential. I aim to bridge this gap by providing comprehensive training and guidance to help athletes become the best versions of themselves.

In a world fuelled by artificial intelligence that are delivering unrealistic training to people, this fuels my motivation to give people the correct training that is specific to them.

Through regular communication, evidence based endurance training, strength and conditioning, nutrition and injury prevention, this allows me to provide the full package to fellow endurance athletes.

With the Training Peaks software, it assists with the delivery of the training.

To put simply, I cater for the individual rather than prescribing a generic training programme that you can easily find online. Generic programmes get generic results.

What sets me apart is our commitment to understanding your work-life balance, ensuring that your training is structured in a way that allows you to complete it without it taking over your life.

There is more than one way of achieving great results in this game.
