Monthly Membership is £50 pcm for x1 class per week.

Monday - 6pm and 7pm

Step 2 - Complete Your Gym Form

Fill in this 60 second form so I can get more of an idea of your aspirations. And also what sport you are involved in (not essential) and any potential problems that you need addressing from these classes.

I'm carrying a niggle - can I still start?

Absolutely. With a postgraduate qualification in injury rehabilitation, we can work around what you've got and integrate your rehab directly into the session. You don't need to be fully fit to start getting stronger.

I'm a complete beginner - Is this for me?

You're actually ideal.Beginners are easier to coach because there are no bad habits to undo. You'll learn good movement patterns from day one and build a foundation that experienced athletes wish they had.

Do I need to play a sport to join?

Not at all. We have members who simply want to stay fit, feel strong, and know the long-term benefits of being physically robust in their daily life. You don't need a race entry or a team to walk through the door.

What if I'm anxious about starting?

That's exactly what the consultation is for. Before you ever attend a class, you'll have a full 60 minutes with the coach — just you, no group pressure. It sets the scene, puts you at ease, and makes sure your first session feels familiar, not intimidating.
